Also making his return to the Family Only Stadium this season is James Taylor.The 21-year-old left the club last summer to join Heanor Town where he scored 10 goals and received a runners-up medal in the Derbyshire Senior Cup after The Lions beat Long Eaton United in the semi-finals to earn a place in the final at Pride Park.
Taylor has made over 68 first-team appearances for The Blues after progressing through the youth sides at the club’s academy and was a part of the senior side that reached the FA Vase quarter-finals in 2020.
The attacking midfielder can play anywhere across the front three and also in a deeper box-to-box role.
