The visitors took an early lead in the fourth minute. Their corner was headed away however the ball was put back into the box and Cameron Ebbutt was on hand to hit the ball into an empty net.
The Racers were close to doubling their lead in the 21st minute if it was not for a stunning save by Lewis King. Archie Hamp was played through and had beaten Jayden Cotterill for pace, but King was there to stand big and keep the ball out of the net.
Shortly after, we equalised. Ryan Campbell-Gordon had a shot saved by Sam Lomax, however the Warwick keeper parried the shot into the path of Tristan Thompson-Matthews who was in the right position at the right time to tap the ball into an empty net.
King came up with some more magic in the sticks as he denied Harry Eden in the 41st minute who was played through on goal however failed to convert past our shot-stopper.
Racing Club were awarded a penalty in the 42nd minute and Max McNulty stepped up and hit his penalty down the middle of the goal which meant they regained the lead.

We came close to equalising again in the 50th minute. Our captain, Andrew Wright, went on a superb run and his curled effort which was heading into the bottom right corner was saved by the stretching Lomax.
Another brilliant chance came our way in the 73rd minute. The newly introduced Dexter Walters delivered a pin-point ball towards the back post where he found the unmarked James Shaw. Our striker’s header just went wide of the post.
Again, Lewis King denied Warwick of a goal in the 78th minute. Andre Williams was through on goal with plenty of time to think about his finish but King rushed out and pulled off a brilliant block save.
Brad was shown a red card in the first minute of injury time after a controversial decision from the linesman went against the Blues.
The Racers finished off the game in the second minute of injury time as they added their third. Archie Hamp won the ball and advanced with it. After cutting inside, he squared the ball back to Andre Williams who shot into an empty net.
