The match finished 2-1 in Long Eaton’s favour.
Current Form:
Brad Munn’s side only have suffered one loss in their previous six league games, that coming last Saturday against Worcester City.
Prior to the loss, Long Eaton had put wins against Wellingborough Town, Grantham Town and Quorn on their record.
And draws against Hinckley LRFC and Sporting Khalsa make up the form guide for the Blues.
The Mikes comes into this game off the back of two straight losses.
Boldmere conceded a last-minute goal to lose 2-1 against Coventry Sphinx last Saturday and the week before they suffered a 4-1 loss to league leaders Quorn.
They hosted Shepshed Dynamo on Saturday 11th January 2025 and won the fixture 2-1.
Another two straight losses occurred prior to that win, these coming against Wellingborough Town and a 4-1 loss at home to Sutton Coldfield Town. That was a game where the Mikes scored first.
And finally, a boxing day win at Racing Club Warwick makes it four losses and two wins for Boldmere St Michaels in their last six.
Brad Munn speaks on tomorrow’s fixture:
“We are confident going into every game. I think we performed well (vs Worcester City), we got ourselves into good areas and we have scored a ridiculous number of goals already this year, so we are confident in that respect.”
“Let’s go into that game at home and restart a new unbeaten run, it’s as simple as that.”
Owen Betts ahead of Boldmere St Michaels:
“We are confident going into every game. We went away at their place and put on a great performance and got a result there as well so there is no reason as to why we can’t, especially at home as well, go and do the same again.”
