The 24-year-old striker joins us from our Northern Premier League neighbours Basford United on an initial three-month loan.

Former Mansfield Town prospect Hakeem made his professional debut for The Stags against Cambridge United in 2016 and has represented Antigua and Barbuda at U20 level, scoring four times in seven youth international appearances.

Since his departure from Field Mill, Hakeem has played for Bradford Park Avenue in the National League North and had spells with Southern League sides Barwell and Coleshill Town.

Hakeem joined Basford in May 2023 from Shepshed Dynamo, where he finished the season as top goalscorer with 19 goals in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division.
