Brand New Clubhouse Extension at Grange Park

Brand New Clubhouse Extension at Grange Park

Rob McNeil25 Feb 2021 - 14:00

Introducing the brand new clubhouse extension located at the home of Long Eaton United FC

Over the last few months, John Ryan Developments have been in the process of building a brand new extension to the Long Eaton United clubhouse.

A lot of hard work has gone into getting the finishing touches done so that the clubhouse is ready for the return of football at Grange Park.

A massive thank you goes out to John Ryan Developments for doing an excellent job in making the entrance and the face of the clubhouse look more modern and sleek.

The new extension has meant that some facilities have been extended, and other features have been added.

Here are the main improvements:

  • A new layer of tarmac has been added between the main turnstile and the clubhouse entrance.
  • New doors and windows have been added to the front of the clubhouse.
  • New signage has been placed on the face, including a W/C symbol, refreshments and the brand new logo design.
  • The hallway through the main entrance has been extended, with a small indent on your right as you first enter, where muddy boots, ball bags and any other equipment can be temporarily placed whilst inside the clubhouse.
  • The kitchen has been extended with brand new work surfaces, appliances and equipment.
  • Both toilets have been extended, with new facilities in each, including the addition of two more toilets within the ladies.

We hope our fans like the look of the brand new extension, and hopefully, you can all be down to make use of it within the next few months.

Although there was some unfortunate news around the league season being curtailed, it seems as if the FA Vase will continue to go ahead, so we will have more news on that as and when.

Once more updates have been received from the FA, the club should have a clearer idea of how and when football will return.

For now, stay positive, keep talking and be active - the return to football is just around the corner, and we cannot wait to see you there.
